Requested Date: Requests are taken up to one year ahead, so please make your request as early as possible, especially if you want a specific date. Orders for a maximum of two arrangements per service are allowed. If your requested date is already full, we will offer the next closest available date. The earlier you make your request, the greater the chance that your requested date will be available.
Florist: The Chapel buys its flowers from Publix. Volunteers pick them up and deliver them to the Chapel on Sunday morning, before the service. Please work through me; do NOT contact Publix directly.
Cost: The cost is $35 for a “Designer Choice” bouquet, meaning Publix chooses available flowers for the arrangement.
Payment/Timing: Your $35 payment is due on or before the Sunday your flowers are displayed. Make your check payable to "IRCC Chapel Foundation" and on your check’s Memo Line, write “Flowers” and either:Place your check in the Sunday offering plate, Place your check in the Chapel Drop Box in the Admin parking lot, Place your check in my white box at 1415 Yorktown Ct., or call me at 505-603-8175 and I will come pick up your check.
Bouquet/Vase: You are free to take your flowers home to enjoy their blooms (if you do not wish to take them, please let me know, so I can find them a good home). Once your bouquet is finished blooming, please return the vase to the Chapel or contact me so I can pick it up from you. (The Chapel receives a price break from Publix for the bouquets, based on return of the vases.)
